Job Description

  • Support the continuous updating of employee personal data records and ensure the accuracy of information;
  • Create, organize, maintain, and archive employee personnel files, ensuring that relevant changes are reflected in a timely manner;
  • Regularly review employee personnel files to ensure the completeness and accuracy of documentation;
  • Participate in preparing employment contracts, amendments, orders, and other HR documentation, and ensure that documents are signed by employees;
  • Maintain and register employment record books in accordance with applicable legislation and the company’s internal procedures;
  • Enter relevant employment-related notifications into the Electronic Government Portal and ensure that employee information remains up to date;
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and organization of electronic and physical HR document archives;
  • Ensure timely updates to employee personal information, including address, phone number, bank details, marital status, etc., in relevant systems and documentation;
  • Process and register employees’ annual and other types of leave and prepare the relevant documentation;
  • Support the updating of information on leave balances and leave taken;
  • Provide administrative support with documentation related to recruitment, position changes, transfers between organizational units, termination, and other employee movements;
  • Receive and appropriately route employee inquiries related to personnel documentation and employment matters;
  • Participate in organizing job interviews and coordinating with candidates when required;
  • Support the collection and verification of documents required during the recruitment process;
  • Participate in coordinating the necessary documentation and administrative matters during the recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
  • Regularly update the candidate database and ensure that information is properly organized;
  • Provide administrative support in preparing reports on vacancies and candidates.

Qualifications

  • Higher education; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  • Experience in Human Resources is preferred;
  • Language Skills: Azerbaijani – fluent; English – preferred;
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, 1C;
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and applicable labor legislation;
  • Experience working with the Electronic Government Portal and electronic systems related to employment and labor relations;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
