Project Planning Analyst

Job description 

• Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel;
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) including time, financials, and resources;
• Collect, process, and consolidate data for construction projects;
• Extract project schedule data from Primavera P6 / MS Project and convert it into visual-analytical reports;
• Present visual analytics (dashboards, charts, tables, trend analysis) in weekly and monthly reports;
• Perform statistical analysis and forecasting of project delays, risks, and resource utilization;
• Present analytical results to management in clear, comparative, and decision-support formats;
• Prepare analytical reports using modern BI tools;
• Compare project plan and actual performance, identifying deviations;
• Apply Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and other monitoring methods in reporting;
• Develop analytical models, including risk analysis and forecasting models;
• Execute internal workforce planning activities;
• Prepare workforce planning dashboards;
• Provide forecasts and variance (plan vs. actual) reports for workforce planning.
