On May 15, 2024, a "Sustainable Construction Summit" was held under the slogan "Towards COP29" at Fairmont Baku, organized by PMD Projects LLC and the "Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association" (AISA). 

During the event, Nariman Topchibashev, the director of PMD Projects LLC, stated in his speech that he aspires to achieve a future where there are many environmentally friendly materials, sustainable designs, and forward-thinking projects in line with the country’s policy. 

In the panel discussions, Nariman Topchibashev the director of PMD Projects, Ilgar Isbatov, the deputy chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, Jabrayil Khanlarov, the head of the State Agency for Control over Construction Safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Rahman Hajiyev, the head of the Karabakh Revival Fund, Ovsat Hamidov, the executive director of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in the Agdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend regions, İsrail Asaliyev, the construction industry leader from Neqsol Holding, Ehtiram Guliyev, the head of Hünər Group, Farid Safguliyev, the head of Farchitects, and Hüseyin Tonguç Özcan, the head of Aslı Mimarlık discussed topics such as future construction methods, existing problems and their solutions, modern and innovative construction and architectural techniques, construction safety, smart construction systems, and examples of urban planning culture.
