Ali Altunışık graduated from Turkiye’s Yıldız Technical University with bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Having experience in commercial projects with various construction functions, he was involved in the construction and management of complex projects under the terms of the High FIDIC contract, the Netherlands, Israel, UAE, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, USA, Poland, Germany, etc. He started working in our company in June 2022 and has been acting as Director of Operations since January 2023.

Elnur Mammadov received a bachelor's degree from the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management and subsequently completed a master's degree at Azerbaijan State University of Economics, providing him with a strong academic background in finance and management. He has held positions as Chief Financial Specialist, Chief Accountant, and Financial Manager in various sectors, where he honed his analytical and auditing skills. Since 2023, he has been working as the Head of the Finance Division at PMD Projects.

Rizvan Aliyev received a bachelor's degree from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and then completed a master's degree at Kutahya Dumlupınar University in Turkey. He began his professional career in Turkey, working in various roles such as Human Resources Specialist, Research and Development Manager, Industrial Relations Manager, and Talent Recruitment and Management Department Manager. Rizvan Aliyev joined "PMD Projects" LLC in 2018 and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources.

Elgun Safiyarov graduated from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy with a bachelor's degree in Emergency Situations and Life Safety Engineering. He has worked as an HSE Manager and Head of the HSE Department in various companies. Elgun joined "PMD Group" LLC as HSE Manager in 2016, was promoted to Head of the HSE Department in 2018, and subsequently became Head of the Quality and HSE Division in February 2023.

Khayal Seyidzade completed a bachelor's degree in international law at Baku State University and then earned a master's degree in corporate law from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv State University in Ukraine. He also received additional education in Finance at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Khayal Seyidzade started his professional career as a lawyer and has worked as a consultant and leading consultant in various companies and institutions. Since 2024, he has been working as the Head of the Corporate Support Division at PMD Projects.

Sabina Akhmedova has worked in a wide range of international and local companies in roles such as Document Control Specialist and Document Control Manager. She is the official representative of Oracle Aconex in our country. Sabina joined "PMD Projects" LLC in 2020 and currently holds the position of Head of Document Control and Secretary.

Vasif Yagubov received a bachelor's degree in Standardization and Mechanical Engineering from Azerbaijan Technical University. Throughout his career, he has attended several training programs and obtained certifications in Leadership, Time Management, HSE Leadership, and Revit Essentials. Vasif began his career as a Mechanical Project Designer and later worked as an MEP Manager . He joined "PMD Group" LLC as an MEP Engineer in 2017 and has continued his work at "PMD Projects" LLC since 2018. Currently, he holds the position of Chief Project Manager in our company.

Parviz Mehraliyev studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, and received the Master's degree of that faculty. Parviz Mehraliyev worked as an architect and construction manager in various international and local construction companies. He started working at “PMD Projects” since 2018. Currently, he is holding the position of Project Manager in our company.

Sabuhi Imanov received a bachelor's degree in "Economics and Management of Production Services" from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. He has worked in various companies as a Field Engineer, Construction Production Engineer, and Construction Manager. Sabuhi joined PMD Projects LLC in 2019 and currently holds the position of Project Manager.

Eltaj Gozalov received a bachelor's degree in "Industrial and Civil Construction" from the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction. He has worked as a Site Manager and Site Engineer in the construction field at several different companies. Eltaj Gozalov has obtained certifications such as Certified Data Center Project Management (CDCPM®) and Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS). He joined "PMD Projects" LLC in 2019 and currently holds the position of Project Manager.

Sohrab Rahimov received his bachelor's degree in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University. His experience includes involvement in various projects, such as hotels and commercial developments. Sohrab Rahimov has worked as a Project Coordinator and Project Manager on these projects. He has been working as the Head of the Tender Division at "PMD Projects" LLC since 2024.

Elkhan Hasanov received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at Qafqaz University. He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at Baku Engineering University. He has obtained international certifications such as PMP and PMI-ACP. In addition to his professional work, he teaches project management at Baku Engineering University and works as a professional trainer. Since July 2018, he has held the position of Head of the Planning and Monitoring at "PMD Projects".

Kamran Karimov received his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Architecture and Construction. He is currently pursuing a master's degree at York University. Kamran has worked as an Architect in the Tender Department and as a Manager of Fine Works. In 2017, he joined PMD Projects LLC as Chief Architect. He later held the position of Head of Design, and since 2023, he has been promoted to Head of the Technical Department.
