PMD Projects participated in the conference on public-private partnership in vocational education in the construction sector

On January 14, a conference on public-private partnership in vocational education in the construction sector was held at the Hilton Baku Hotel, organized by the State Agency on Vocational Education and supported by the UN Global Compact Office in Azerbaijan.
The main goal of the conference was to develop collaboration between employers in the construction sector and vocational education institutions, ensuring the active participation of the private sector in the educational process. Topics discussed included adapting vocational education to the labor market, strengthening the training of specialists in technical professions in the construction industry, developing educational programs that meet modern standards, and enhancing students' practical skills.
The conference began with an opening speech by Jeyhun Karamov, the Director of the State Agency on Vocational Education. In the first panel discussion, Nariman Topchibashev, the Director of "PMD Projects" LLC, emphasized the importance of cooperation between educational institutions, professionals in the sector, and construction companies to train specialized personnel in the construction industry.
The panel discussions also featured Ehtiram Guliyev, founder of Huner Group LLC, Javad Musayev, Director of ArchiCO LLC, and Azer Salmanov, Director’s Advisor at MİDA LLC. The discussions were moderated by Samir Mammadov, Manager of the UN Global Compact Office in Azerbaijan, who directed questions to the panelists.
