On April 10, 2025, the second "Sustainable Construction Summit" was held at the "Sea Breeze Resort" with the message concept of "people. planet. prosperity." organized jointly by "PMD Projects" and the Public Union of the Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association.

The summit, which spanned an entire day, featured opening speeches by Nariman Topchibashev, Director of "PMD Projects" LLC, Vugar Karimov, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilgar Isbatov, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Orkhan Khalilzada, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association. It also included discussions on the “Sustainable Green Construction Declaration” through a Davos-style panel, an exclusive "Open Conversation," interactive sessions, and the "The Builder's Awards" ceremony. The event was attended by 7 speakers and 250 leaders, managers, and decision-makers.

The panel discussed current trends in urban planning and construction, sustainable building solutions, and the importance of project management. Ideas were exchanged on the development of local and international cooperation in this field, as well as the application of innovative approaches.

"Open Conversation" session included  notable speakers such as Erden Timur, Chairman of the Board of "NEF" and former president of "Galatasaray," Bekir Yener Yıldırım, Chairman of the Board of "Neo Portföy," as well as Kenan Celilov, Honorary Consul of Uzbekistan in Azerbaijan, and Ehtiram Guliyev, Founder and CEO of "Huner Group." The panel discussed green construction solutions, economic efficiency, and the role of leaders in sustainability. In addition, open and in-depth discussions addressed current questions, and new approaches to the development of sustainable construction were presented.

During "The Builder’s Awards" ceremony, companies that contributed to the development of the construction sector in our country were honored.
