Job description
  • Proposal Preparation: Preparing the tender folder to participate in the tender, obtaining proposals from subcontractors, determining the price of the proposal, and completing the proposal folder.
  • During the Tender Process: Submitting the tender proposal, following up and evaluating the results of the tender.
  • Project Cost Analysis:
  • Analyzing project prices.
  • Measuring and analyzing completed work in accordance with project requirements.
  • Verifying the work volumes stated in the tender/request documents according to the project requirements.
  • Checking and analyzing the proposed prices submitted by contractors.
  • Analyzing claims (requirements), investigating their root causes, and presenting reports to management.
  • Verifying the initial, interim, and final payment documents, change procedure documents, and progress reports in conjunction with the direct supervisor according to the project requirements.
  • Checking financial control reports prepared by contractors.
  • Verifying the compliance of invoices with the terms of the contract.
  • Preparing and submitting the project financial flows to management.
  • Performing necessary tasks with the project team during the engineer's evaluation.
  • Preparing probable values before the tender/request.
  • Verifying financial proposals during the tender/request, conducting analyses, and preparing final reports.
  • Preparing financial plans in compliance with regulations and updating them in stages.
  • Compliance with Standards:
  • Ensuring full compliance with existing local and international standards in the company.
  • Efficient use of the company's energy sources or directly owned energy sources and providing information on situations that may lead to additional energy loss.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
  • Work experience: At least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in civil construction is preferred.
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani – fluent; English – fluent.
  • Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
