Compensation

Job description
  • Analyzing project costs when necessary;
  • Assisting the evaluation team in analyzing contract values;
  • Measuring and analyzing completed works in accordance with project requirements;
  • Verifying the work volumes stated in tender/request documents as per project requirements;
  • Reviewing and analyzing estimated costs submitted by contractors;
  • Analyzing claims, investigating root causes, and preparing reports for management;
  • Reviewing initial, interim, and final payment documents, change order documents, and progress reports alongside direct management, as per project requirements;
  • Checking financial control reports prepared by contractors;
  • Ensuring that invoices comply with contract terms;
  • Preparing project financial flow reports and presenting them to management;
  • Performing necessary tasks in collaboration with the project team during engineer evaluations;
  • Preparing estimated costs before the tender/request process;
  • Verifying financial proposals, conducting analyses, and preparing final reports during the tender/request process;
  • Preparing financial plans in accordance with regulations and updating them periodically;
  • Ensuring full compliance with applicable local and international standards within the company;
  • Performing other similar tasks assigned by management.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant field;
  • At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position. Experience in civil construction is preferred;
  • Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani and English;
  • Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD.
