Job description 

  • Analysis of the Project Budget and Contractor Proposal Prices;
  • Assist the evaluation team in the analysis of contract values;
  • Analysis of the works completed according to project requirements;
  • Verification of initial, interim, and final payment documents, change procedure documents, and progress reports together with the direct supervisor in accordance with the project requirements;
  • Verification of financial reports prepared by contractors;
  • Verification of the compliance of payment documents with the terms of the contract;
  • Analysis of claims (requirements), investigation of root causes, and submission of reports to management;
  • Preparation and submission of project financial flows within the required timeframe and intervals;
  • Support the execution of necessary works during the engineering evaluation in collaboration with the project team;
  • Preparation of probable values before the tender/inquiry process;
  • Verification of financial proposals during the tender/inquiry process, conducting analyses, and preparing final reports;
  • Preparation and periodic updating of budgets according to the financial planning rules;
  • Monitoring project budgets, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of costs on electronic platforms (1C, Aconex), and ensuring the correctness of work structure sections;
  • Preparation, analysis, and reporting of BoQ Change History tables when changes occur in the project;
  • Execution of other similar tasks as per the job instructions and responsibilities assigned by management;
  • Full compliance with local and international standards in force within the company;
  • Efficient use of the company's or directly-owned energy sources, reporting any conditions that may lead to additional energy loss.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant field;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the civil construction sector in a similar position;
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani – fluent. English – good;
  • Computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD.
