From 17–20 November 2025, the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition — one of the world’s most prestigious real estate events — was held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. PMD Group LLC and its subsidiaries, PMD Projects LLC and FMG LLC, participated in this international event within the Azerbaijan pavilion. The exhibition served as an important platform for accessing the global real estate market, presenting new projects, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Cityscape Global 2025 brought together a total of 577 companies, 265 international delegates, and more than 172,000 visitors, making this year’s edition a record-breaking event. Participants represented leading companies in real estate development, urban planning, modern construction, and sustainable development.

Throughout the exhibition, the large-scale models, architectural displays, and high-level presentations showcased in the Azerbaijan pavilion highlighted the dynamic pace of development in our country. Riyadh’s rapidly evolving urban landscape, the large-scale projects implemented under Vision 2030, and the vibrant atmosphere of the exhibition demonstrated that the region is entering a significant phase of transformation in the coming years.

Cityscape Global 2025 featured an extensive program covering multiple segments of the real estate industry. This year’s event in Riyadh focused on “Urban Living” — the future of city life — bringing together international forums such as the Future of Living Summit, the Developers & Architects (DnA) Stage, the Innovation Arena, and ESTAAD (Stadiums & Entertainment).

By participating in the exhibition, PMD Group aimed to strengthen its engagement with global investors and showcase the potential of Azerbaijan’s real estate market on the international stage. The company presented its residential and commercial projects and highlighted the country’s achievements in modern architecture, urbanization, and sustainable development.
