Job description 

  • Preparation of employment contracts and processing notifications in the electronic system;
  • Formalization of employees’ leave in accordance with the leave schedule;
  • Entering employee recruitment, transfers, dismissals, and leave-related changes into the ERP system and electronic portal;
  • Preparation of documents related to obtaining work and residence permits for foreign employees;
  • Submitting applications to the State Migration Service;
  • Collecting, systematizing, and analyzing employee-related data;
  • Preparing analytical references, presentations, and reports supporting decision-making;
  • Preparing dashboards and graphical reports for data visualization purposes (using Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools);
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data;
  • Preparing proposals for the automation of HR processes and participating in their implementation;
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of HR-related information and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements;
  • Organizing employee termination procedures: investigating reasons for resignation (conducting exit interviews), directing employees to the relevant department representative, receiving resignation letters, and processing terminations through the electronic government portal and internal systems.
Qualifications
  • Higher education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (HR Management, Management);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Language skills: Fluent Azerbaijani, good command of English;
  • Computer skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, 1C, and Power BI;
  • MOSE certification, international HR certifications, and experience in HR process automation projects are considered an advantage;
  • Ability to work with the Electronic Government Portal;
  • Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and current labor legislation;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking skills;
  • Willingness to travel for business trips.
