Job desсription
- Analyze financial statements;
- Ensure that financial statements are prepared in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Participate in coordinating internal and external audit processes;
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget;
- Perform monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis;
- Analyze monthly cash flow reports;
- Coordinate and actively participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports;
- Review advance payment reports on a weekly basis;
- Participate in the enhancement and development of the 1C ERP system;
- Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and procedures;
- Monitor the calculation and proper accounting treatment of assets and liabilities arising from tax-related transactions;
- Ensure the accuracy of transformations between IFRS accounting records and tax accounting records;
- Actively participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management;
- Ensure that documentation and transactions are carried out in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting principles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience;
- Language Skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani; intermediate level of English;
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and practical experience with the 1C 8.3 accounting system;
- Strong professional communication skills;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to proactively identify and solve problems;
- Preference will be given to candidates holding internationally recognized certifications in Finance and Accounting.
