Site Architect

Job description 

• Conduct detailed research and site analyses during the early stages of projects, and provide initial design approaches;
• Receive and analyze design data, prepare reports with recommendations to management on compliance with project needs and objectives;
• Review design data for compliance with aesthetic, technical, and environmental requirements, and guide designers accordingly;
• Ensure that design documentation is prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, urban planning and construction regulations, as well as pre-defined international standards;
• Collaborate closely with internal department teams, project teams, stakeholders, design organizations, consultants, and other specialists involved in the design process;
• Advise on defining design timelines and verify compliance of design deliverables with project schedules at all stages;
• Provide technical support for the project’s tender process, review specifications and scopes of work, and issue relevant technical opinions;
• Participate in relevant tests and inspections of production, as well as in the handover process of construction works;
• Provide expert reviews of technical documents when required, conduct analyses, and propose budget and cost optimization solutions;
• Ensure efficient use of the company’s energy resources and report any cases that may lead to additional energy loss.
