Job description
  • Prepare and update the project schedule based on the contract;
  • Define work schedules and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan;
  • Monitor critical activities according to the project schedule;
  • Track weekly work progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports;
  • Provide project managers and commercial managers with updates on the current status;
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports reflecting the current status;
  • Report to the project manager on the progress of ongoing work, compare planned and actual progress, and analyze the impact of alternative approaches;
  • Participate in site meetings and discussions;
  • Prepare work schedules, S-curves, and manpower movement histograms for tenders;
  • Verify the accuracy of reports received from the site;
  • Update work schedules weekly based on reports received from sites;
  • Conduct site visits to ensure reported progress aligns with actual work completed;
  • Prepare site visit reports;
  • Prepare bi-weekly reports and present them to the project team;
  • Update the development status of the design phase on a weekly basis;
  • Plan and allocate company workforce resources across projects;
  • Assess the status of projects in tenders based on information received from the procurement department;
  • Define workforce resources for the master schedule in collaboration with the project manager;
  • Prepare productivity and manpower analysis, as well as resource and time consumption schedules for planned work;
  • Inform direct and functional management about results and potential impacts;
  • Perform other similar tasks assigned by the management.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Higher Education: Higher education in Engineering;
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field;
  • Language Skills: Azerbaijani – fluent, English – good;
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, Primavera P6, MS Project.
