• Ensure that detailed work schedules are obtained from contractors and make adjustments after analyzing them.
• Provide assistance in preparing detailed work schedules by meeting with contractors when necessary.
• Discuss the rules for filling out report forms with contractors.
• Analyze the data collected from projects and prepare weekly reports.
• Prepare delay reports for projects.
• Identify the causes of delays and determine measures to prevent them.
• Discuss weekly reports with the project manager and commercial directors.
• Prepare SPI data based on the weekly report.
• Analyze the data collected from the construction cost control team and prepare CPI reports.
• Update work schedules weekly based on the weekly reports received from the fields.
• Monitor the accuracy of the work done by verifying field reports during site visits.
• Prepare field visit reports.
• Prepare bi-weekly reports and submit them to the project team.
• Participate in meetings with contractors.
• Update the development status weekly during the design phase.
• Distribute the company's workforce across projects and plan resources.
• Evaluate the status of projects in the tender process based on information received from the procurement department.
• Assign worker resources for the master schedule together with the project manager.
• Prepare tender schedules.
• Show the difference (delta) between planned and actual progress in weekly reports.
• Ensure full compliance with the requirements of existing local and international standards in the company.
• Ensure the efficient use of the company's and/or directly owned energy sources, and provide information on any situations that may cause additional energy loss.
• Perform other similar tasks assigned by the management.

Higher education: Higher education in the field of Engineering.
At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field.
Language skills: Azerbaijani – fluent, English – good.
Computer skills: MS Office, Primavera P6, MS Project.
Responsible and disciplined.
