The shopping center was built on the territory of the Yasamal Residential Complex. Zefir Mall represents Azerbaijan’s first microdistrict-type shopping center. With a total area of 6,630 m² and spread across 2 floors, the design, construction, and installation works were fully executed by PMD Projects LLC. This modern facility was developed to meet the daily needs of the residential community, combining functionality with contemporary design to enhance the urban environment and improve quality of life. The mall maintains a monthly occupancy rate of over 80%, reflecting its strong demand and successful integration into the local communit
