Zafar Park was built in the seaside National Park in Baku and is dedicated to the victory of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the Second Karabakh War. The park covers an area of more than nine hectares and was developed based on a modern concept.

At the entrance to the Zafar Park, the Victory Arch symbolizing the path to victory has been erected. This structure consists of 44 columns, with the tallest column reaching 44 meters. In the park’s access area, a memorial monument reflecting November 8 – Victory Day – has been erected. Surrounding the monument, greenery has been planted, embodying the patterns and decorative elements found in Karabakh carpets. Additionally, the park features a thematic garden, a cascade-type waterfall, the Karabakh Memory Garden, and an observation point offering a panoramic view of the park. At the far end of the park, the construction of the Freedom Flag Square has been realized.
