The "Zafar" Park is a unique monument that embodies the determination and heroism of the Azerbaijani people, fostering deep respect and admiration for the participants of the Patriotic War. The park covers an area of more than nine hectares.

At the entrance to the "Zafar" Park, the Victory Arch symbolizing the path to victory has been erected. This structure consists of 44 columns, with the tallest column reaching 44 meters. In the park’s access area, a memorial monument reflecting November 8 – Victory Day – has been erected. Surrounding the monument, greenery has been planted, embodying the patterns and decorative elements found in Karabakh carpets. Additionally, the park features a thematic garden, a cascade-type waterfall, the Karabakh Memory Garden, and an observation point offering a panoramic view of the park. At the far end of the park, the construction of the Freedom Flag Square has been realized.
