“Build to Win” summer team building

PMD Projects’ Summer Team Building event, dedicated to the company’s 8th anniversary and inspired by the 2026 FIFA World Cup, was held under the “Build to Win” slogan on 2–3 July at Basqal Resort & SPA.

Over the two days, our employees took part in team-building activities, spent time together and created new memories outside the usual work environment. As part of the programme, the intellectual “Fibonacci” game gave employees an opportunity to test their knowledge and teamwork skills. Based on the results, the top three teams were awarded prizes, while the winning team received a special World Cup trophy.

The evening dedicated to PMD Projects’ 8th anniversary was held in a more formal format, starting with dinner. During the event, employees celebrating 5 and 10 years with the company, as well as the winners of the Internship Programme, were recognised. A special video highlighting our 8-year journey was presented, while the programme continued with competitions and a lottery, followed by live music and entertainment.
