“PMD Projects” LLC is carrying out large-scale construction works for the preparation of high-quality rental office spaces in the 14,000 m² area of the “Park Akademiya” complex.
The complex is planned to be designed in the Art Deco style. Renovation works are being carried out in every part of the complex, including the 5 floors and basement entrance. This renovation is aimed at meeting the highest standards, with careful attention to every detail and the creation of functional spaces.
This project, which includes 132 rooms with different purposes and 7 open-plan office areas, aims to create high-level spaces that meet the requirements of a modern working environment, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics.
