The Khazri residential complex, located in Sumgait city, consists of 9 buildings with a total construction area of 86.733 sqm, of which 51,949 sqm is residential space, 8,226 sqm covers buildings and structures, 10,498 sqm is allocated for parking, and 16,060 sqm is dedicated to landscaped areas.
The complex features a shopping and entertainment center, indoor beach, restaurant, kindergarten, car-free courtyard, spa, fitness center, and other amenities.
The project was executed by PMD Projects on the order of PMD Group.
