Qalaalti Hotel & Spa

Qalaalti Hotel & Spa is a hospitality project located in a natural setting close to the city, known for its thermal water resources. The 9-hectare development includes a 9-storey hotel with 172 rooms, three villas, and four three-storey Tree Houses with a total of 48 rooms, as well as an entertainment centre.

As part of the project, PMD Projects is carrying out renovation and reconstruction works across the site, including landscaping and improvements to the facilities supporting medical and wellness services. The buildings are designed in a modern architectural style, with natural materials such as Onex, redwood, travertine, marble, and granite used throughout the project. The installation of solar panels is also planned as part of the development.
