The two-storey mosque has been designed to provide dedicated prayer spaces for both men and women. The complex will also include a community hall, a gathering pavilion, and parking facilities. Its two minarets will rise to 34.2 metres, while the central dome will reach a height of 22.6 metres. Drawing inspiration from traditional Islamic architecture, the design incorporates a copper-coloured roof, decorative tilework, and natural stone façades. With capacity for up to 615 worshippers, the mosque is set to become a significant religious and community landmark, contributing to the social and spiritual life of the city of Jabrayil.
