Bilgah Sunset Villas

Bilgah Sunset Villas is a residential development being built in Bilgah. Covering an area of 57,403 m², the project includes 36 villas of different types, each with a private pool and supporting facilities. The development will also feature children’s playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, internal roads, and landscaped areas.

The total construction area is 24,364 m², with 12,858 m² allocated to landscaping. The villas follow a modern Mediterranean architectural style, with materials including natural stone, ceramic granite, aluminium, and glass systems used across the façades.
