The Kapital Bank Zagatala building is located at 169 Heydər Əliyev Avenue, Zaqatala city.
PMD Projects,carried out the demolition of the existing building, engineering survey works (geology and geodesy), design, and construction-installation works for the Kapital Bank Zagatala project. The project features modern architecture with a minimalist and functional design.
The project area is 1340 m², the construction area is 928.3 m², the total area is 1654.44 m², and the volume of construction is 6986 m³.
The first floor includes the bank area (467.98 m²) and commercial space (345.34 m²), while the second floor consists of commercial space (841.12 m²).
