The shopping center was built on the territory of the Yasamal Residential Complex. Zefir Mall represents Azerbaijan’s first microdistrict-type shopping center. With a total area of 6,630 m² and spread across 2 floors, the design, construction, and installation works were fully executed by PMD Projects LLC.
