SHUSHA RESIDENCE

Shusha Residence is designed to provide modern, safe, and comfortable living conditions for residents. The five-story neoclassical-style building, faced with locally sourced Shusha stone, preserves the city’s historic character while introducing new housing stock. With 31 apartments and dedicated non-residential space on the first floor, the project contributes to improving housing supply, supporting social development, and fostering the economic revival of the region.

The project was executed by PMD Projects on the order of PMD Group.
