AGHDAM RESIDENCE - PHASE 2 & 3

The project includes eight 6-story residential buildings with 12 blocks and 240 apartments. The project is developed in a contemporary architectural style, incorporating durable materials such as porcelain stoneware, specialized paints, and composite panels, while applying modern construction technologies and sustainable solutions, including energyefficient insulation, water-saving systems, and locally sourced materials to reduce environmental impact and ensure long-term operational efficiency.

The project was executed by PMD Projects on the order of PMD Group.
