PLANNING
Planning is the first step of construction project management philosophy. Therefore this step should be done logically, systematically and reliably in order to succeed. In our projects we mostly do three major types of construction project planning:
- strategic planning phase that involves the high-level selection of the project objectives;
- operational planning phase that involves the detailed planning required to meet the strategic objectives;
- scheduling phase that puts the detailed operational plan on a time scale set by the strategic objectives.
